30 Minute At Home Workout

Warm UP:   Jog in place 30 seconds/Run with High Knees 30 seconds/Run with butt kicks  30 seconds/Rest 30 seconds
Repeat 4 times
1. 25 sit ups
Repeat 1 time

2.  25 Forward Lunges alternating legs
Repeat 2 times 

3. 10 push ups
Repeat 3 times

4. Wall Sit 1 minute
Repeat 3 times

5. 25 Squats 
Repeat 3 times

6. 50 Jumping jacks
Repeat 2 times

7. 25 Squats with Right Leg/ 25 Squats with Left leg

8. 1 minute high plank

9. One minute right side plank

10. One minute left side plank

11.  Sprint in place 30 seconds/Run with High Knees 30 seconds/Run with butt kicks  30 seconds/Rest 30 seconds/Repeat 4 times

Stretch and Cool Down
