Crock Pot Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wraps

This is a perfect meal for a family of 4.  If you like a little spice in your life or you love buffalo chicken but don't want all the heavy breading this meal is perfect for you!  You can add more/less red hot sauce depending on your level of spiciness!  

Ingredients:

4 Frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts


3/4  bottle of Franks red hot sauce ( Approx 12 ounces)


1/2 package of dry ranch dressing packet


1/3 cup of chicken broth


1 celery stick


1 small plain non fat greek yogurt


Extra large lettuce leaves for the "wrap"




Directions:
  1. Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and sprinkle the ranch dressing powder over the chicken breasts.  Cover the chicken with the hot sauce and chicken broth. pour in 3/4 of the wing sauce and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
  2. Once the chicken has cooked, shred the meat finely with two forks. 
  3. Scoop out small amounts of the chicken and into the lettuce leaves and place a dollop of greek yogurt on top.
  4. EAT!!
