Your workouts are brief — 30 minutes max.  I'm asking for 5 days a week.  The program is 60 days but I'm only asking you for 30 to start!!




I will help make your nutrition perfect and super easy... its all natural and equivalent to 6 salads, and as for your personal development - we are doing a 30 day challenge.  I am going to teach you what I have learned by listening to experts and by applying these techniques to my own life to achieve meaningful success, every day throughout your whole life.
