Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients 

1 1/2 lbs of Brussel sprouts

3 table spoons of good quality Olive oil

1 teaspoon of seasoned salt

1 tbs of red pepper flakes


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut off the brown ends of the Brussel  sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.

Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper flakes and pepper. Pour them on a sheet panand roast for 35 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more salt and serve immediately.  


These are soooo tasty, a little spicy, and a lot of delicious!! Enjoy!!
